Bob Hayes

I have grown up here in New England and now live just North of Boston. I have owned and operated a few small, successful companies over the past 30 years. These companies range from approved Prime Contractors to the US Government to Industrial Sales and Service distributorships. The last company I owned achieved a level of 53 employees, 5 locations, and $12 million in annual revenue. This company became a local market leader and one of the largest independent industrial rotary equipment distributors in our industry. As President I was elected as representative and advocate for over forty independent, US distributors who represented one of the largest rotary equipment manufacturers in the world. I was also able to position this business for the eventual sale to a multi-billion dollar corporation. I started my career, short lived as it were, over thirty years ago as an industrial engineer for Sanders Associates, a major government defense contractor.
